Here is a little recipe from my other blog plus the dramas of inverters …
I’m on my journey of travelling around Australia and with me is my trusty thermomix. Unbeknown to me we left without an inverter that will actually run the thermomix! A couple of weeks in the craving for something yummy and sweet was getting the better of us and a 1000 watt inverter was ordered and sent to us on the East Coast of Tasmania.
Thermomix Australia says it should run on 550 watts but let me tell you an 1000 watt inverter isn’t big enough! Ahhhh!!! You should have seen the disappointment when it just would not really work … cutting out when it needed to work hard. So now we are saving for a 2000 watt inverter!
